I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with a coffee machine, TV, sofa, and good quality toiletries, overlooking the river, and the location was quiet with free parking, within walking distance of the city center. I enjoyed the lovely 15-minute walk through the fields and river, perfect for those on business.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The staff was friendly, and the manager was welcoming, but there were a few issues with service. The location was convenient for exploring Gloucester City Centre and watching the Severn Bore, although access to restaurants was a bit challenging. The room was comfortable but lacked a view of the canal. The dining experience was a mix of positive and negative points, and the breakfast was not as expected. The facilities were decent, but some improvements could be made.
